Bake the black sesame seeds. Mix them with the other ingredients. Cover the paste, and cool for 30 minutes. Mix flour with boiling water. Take out the filling, and wrap it in the dough. Make balls with your hands. Mix the sugar and the ginger in a separate pot with cold water. Boil it and add the rice balls as boiling, add cold water. Once floating they are done. Enjoy your meal! |
